Our Pickleball RX Class is designed to keep you off the sidelines and on the court
Each Class is comprised of 60 minutes of:
-Warm Up & Cool Down
-Mobility, Flexibility, & Pickleball Specific Strength Training
-Drilling and Skills Session
The "Golden Phoenix" Class is dedicated to Seniors looking to improve their core, bone, joint, and muscle strength.
This is a 30 minute, 55+ year old class focused on our bodies needs as we again.
Classes are a blend of cardiovascular and muscular workouts designed to do the body good.
Looking for a bit more of a competitive track?
CrossFit Rising offers 4 additional workouts daily to help you achieve your fitness goals at no extra cost.
Once you become a member you will have access to:
1.) Skill Work
2.) Strongman Work
3.) Bodybuilding
4.) Cardio
The Weekly Fight provides free workouts to Veterans, First Responders and their Family Members.
We stress the family unit and partner relationships because Post Traumatic Stress not only effects the Veteran but the family as well. At these weekly workouts we dedicate the WOD to a Veteran.
Classes consist of either Local Veterans can come in and share their experience, other times it is a Veteran that has gained national or local attention. We do this to help break the stigma and show the contributions Veterans are making to their communities.

Personal Training fits your schedule and needs.
PT clients also can enjoy regular classes as well with their memberships.

CrossFit Rising provides personalized remote programming for those looking for the online coaching experience.
