Weekly check-ins with a private app so that we can ensure you are progressing and seeing positive changes
Depending on your experience, this could be tracking macros in an app or utilizing picture food logs. I will provide feedback weekly giving recommendations on things that can be improved
Specific macronutrient guidelines for your body and goals with an example meal plan. There are grocery shopping guides and meal prep ideas in the onboarding course
General recommendations for your health as well as more specific ones based on symptoms. You will have access to a private medical dispensary to purchase high quality supplements.
Whether you touch base weekly or biweekly, touching base with a coach ensures you are staying as consistent as possible! Communication is key - the more you share, the more I am able to help!
I have been a registered dietitian for ~10 years now! I started out gaining a ton of experience clinically working for the Cleveland Clinic and an integrative health office as an outpatient RD. I provide medical nutrition therapy to ensure your dietary habits are in line with any medical conditions and goals.
Additionally, I studied for 2 years to earn my title as a functional health practitioner. I don't just treat the symptoms - I better understand at a deeper level, what is CAUSING those symptoms (root cause approach). My specialties include gut health, hormones, weight loss resistance, hypothyroidism, and autoimmune disease.
I want to ensure YOU feel comfortable and heard on this journey. It can be frustrating when you feel like you are doing so many things right and your body isn't responding. I want to make this as realistic as possible to allow changes to happen with your lifestyle. We will be focusing on diet, lifestyle, stress levels, movement, sleep - all things that will impact your health on a deeper level! This is not a cookie cutter program

1 hour zoom call reviewing current lifestyle, symptoms, medical history, diet, supplemental approach. This does not include ongoing support.
I also have the ability to order blood labs and functional labs (for gut health, hormone health). There will be an upcharge should labs need to be reviewed on the call)
Complete the coaching application. We will then hop on a call to determine what option works best for your goals, budget, and level of support.
This is where I will gather information on your medical history, current symptoms, goals, diet and lifestyle.
After reviewing the form, we will hop on a zoom call to chat through your goals and intake form details, and I will then put an initial plan together for you to get started.
We will either virtually communicate bi-weekly or weekly through the private client app.
