Chris is a former Multi-sport High School and Collegiate level Athlete. He participated Baseball, Swimming, Track & Field, Indoor & Outdoor Soccer, Flag Football, Golf, and his primary sport of Wrestling. He was both a State and Nationally ranked wrestler in High School as well as a 2 year varsity starter in college before unfortunately being sidelined by a number of concussions. After which, he refocused his efforts on studying business management and exercise science.
He Graduated in 2011 from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio with a B.S.B.A. in Business Management with a Concentration in Leadership and a Minor in Entrepreneurship and continues working on new exercise certifications every year since 2018.
Chris started CrossFit in 2017 in a friends garage in Ohio. After his friends moved to a faraway land known as Cape Coral, he made his way into CrossFit Mentality in Mentor, Ohio where he obtained his L1 in April of 2018. At CrossFit Mentality he accumulated over 1000+ hours of coaching in 2+ years as well as facilitating or assisting over 50+ new member on-ramps.
He moved to Cape Coral in November of 2019 where he continued coaching for area CrossFit Gyms. After contracting for FDEM (The Florida Department of Emergency Management) post Hurricane Ian in 2022, he decided to start a place where people could rally during tough times and seek to build a strong community.
He continues to reside in Cape Coral with his girlfriend Alyssa and their 3 cats.

Jym was an NYPD Sergeant for 20+ years where he served as Supervisor for Physical Training & Tactics Dept. NYPD Police Academy Staff Sergeant US Army. 10 years Miliary Police. Served in Saudi Arabia in support of operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Jym has Participated in and Coached CrossFit since 2014 and Currently coaches the Women's Weightlifting team at North Fort Myers High School.
Every December Jym hosts the Reindeer Games in support of the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program. All proceeds from the competition go directly toward the program.
Jym loves anything bodyweight, calisthenics, and odd object movements.
Born and raised in Florida, Kelsey loves everything outdoors . Kelsey also has a love for all things sports. She grew up playing competitive soccer from youth league through college. She enjoys the beach , volleyball , riding bikes , and swimming. Kelsey also enjoys reading any books on self-help and self-improvement. (i.e. - "Think Like a Monk" , "Supple Leopard", and "Built to Move").
Her previous coaching endeavors include teaching speed and agility drills to youth soccer players. She has since received her CF-L1 and moved her focus towards improving her CrossFit coaching experience. Kelsey loves learning the sport of CrossFit because there is ALWAYS room for improvement.

Faith, Family, and Fitness are the 3 words used to describe Crystal Curry.
Unlike most of us who joined CrossFit because of the workouts, Crystal started CrossFit because it helped her better take care of her family, namely, her son. Crystal fell in love with the process and helping people, eventually leading her to become a coach herself.
Favorite Thing to Do: Lifting Heavy Things
Michelle was born and raised in South Louisiana where she participated in tumbling and competitive dance throughout her high school years. She was interested in health, wellness, and the human body throughout high school, and therefore decided to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse.
She began CrossFit in 2017, and immediately fell in love with the process of learning more and becoming a better athlete. Learning new skills and techniques quickly became a passion for her.
She loves coaching because she loves watching the athletes learn new skills, get stronger, and reach their goals. Seeing the confidence and pride building in athletes as they achieve their goals is an invaluable experience.
In her spare time, she loves to do anything outdoors! Bike riding, hiking, traveling, running, and going to the beach are among her favorite past times. She also loves to eat!

Kyle was born and raised in Cape Coral. Husband and father. Currently a science teacher and girls weightlifting coach at Bishop Verot High School. I’ve worked in athletic training all over the country for over 5 years. It’s a real passion of mine and I want to help others find that passion as well. Put in the work, believe in God’s plan, and it will show.

Frolicking amongst the hills of Appalachia, Codi has always had an active lifestyle. He first grew up playing soccer; and once he reached high school he fell into cross country and track, competing all 4 years and then some with a club at Towson University. When he moved to Florida, he found CrossFit and quickly fell in love with the atmosphere, camaraderie, and variety. Codi has been in CrossFit for 5+ years, and has been coaching for 3+ years now.
Favorite workout: anything with Olympic barbell movements or long chippers
Stephanie was born and raised in Pennsylvania right outside of Philly. As a kid she was always outdoors and involved in sports, always worked out and went to the gym. Back in 2015 she tried a bootcamp class and even though she was a little hesitant, she’s been hooked ever since. After many years of bootcamp she wanted to try CrossFit. That’s when she tried a class back in 2018 and instantly fell in love.
When Stephanie is not coaching she loves spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. She loves to be outdoors whether it’s at the beach, poolside, walking, or playing with the kids. On the weekends she enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
Fun fact: I am a foodie and love to cook and bake.
Why I love coaching? I love helping people better themselves. It’s very rewarding to watch people progress over time. I believe exercise is just as important for your mental health as it is your physical health.
Favorite workout: My absolute favorite are the grueling chippers. Pretty much the awful workouts that everyone dreads.
Favorite movement: Rope climbs, cleans, and anything with a barbell.
Hey, this is Coach Cam. I started CrossFit in college in 2019. My first workout was Fran and I decided to come back the next day for some reason. I haven’t been able to leave since!
Favorite workout: Fran because it is a true test of muscular and cardiovascular endurance
Favorite movement: Bar muscle-up, because it is a high skill movement that can separate an intermediate athlete from an RX athlete.
Ashlee is a mama to 4, outdoor kitchen extraordinaire, athlete, personal trainer, yoga teacher and CrossFit coach. Her experience as an athlete shaped her life with devotion, dedication and passion in her pursuit of helping individuals live a healthier lifestyle. She began her career in Fitness in 2009 with a goal to inspire and develop athletes which soon became a lifelong passion in helping individuals live happy, healthy and fit through mindfulness and safe, effective, functional training. Her fitness background consists of extensive academic and instructional training in exercise science and nutrition. She has over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with young athletes, various special conditions and general populations. She currently hold certifications as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and CrossFit level 1 coach. Ashlee is passionate about the way the human body moves and thrives. She believes in providing the highest level of quality and personalization in your unique journey in your pursuit of lifelong results and improving your overall quality of life through fitness.
