Gina started what was supposed to be a part-time training job in the fitness industry in 2004. She discovered CrossFit in 2008 and never looked back. Her initial "side hustle" turned into a life-long deal, obtaining nationally recognized certifications (NASM, ACSM, ISSA, ACE, USAW) and various CrossFit certifications (L1, Weightlifting, Kids) along the way. However, she believed that those pieces of paper are secondary to the genuine passion she has for helping others reach their goals.
Gina has been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life, from those to have never worked out before to professional athletes, CrossFit Games competitors, and everyone in between.
"I'm excited to continue my coaching journey at CrossFit Rising - where we know you'll have the best CrossFit experience Cape Coral has to offer."
